Our Lady Queen of Peace Pastoral Area in the Archdiocese of Armagh, Ireland. The Pastoral Area is comprised of four parishes in mid Louth: Darver & Dromiskin, Kilkerley, Knockbridge & Louth.

Among the readings provided may you find God’s love, mercy and compassion flowing and bringing you and yours great assurance and hope..

This Liturgy Resources outlines clearly the Old and the New Testaments:
1. You choose one reading from the Old Testament
This is followed by the Responsorial Psalm.
2. If this is not being sung, please choose one of the Psalms on offer.
Onward to New Testament section.
3. Choose one reading.
The final call is the Alleluia verse.
4. Choose one.
5. You may wish to discuss a particular Gospel reading with the priest – these are also provided.
Also included are sample prayers of the Faithful or Bidding Prayers.
6. From here you choose 5 or 6 prayers you deem appropriate.
7. Finallly there are reflections provided which might bring you peace and consolation. If you wish to include a reflection in your funeral liturgy, please choose one only.
